I just moved to China, and I’m trying to find out the legality of nutritional supplements related to bodybuilding. I’m talking about protein powder, creatine, clenbuterol, l-glutamine; are these legal in China? What is or isn’t legal? Where would one go to purchase these things in China- the pharmacy? Online? Specialty stores? I appreciate your help.

I’ve recently started taking L-Glutamine and Branched Chain Amino Acids for weight lifting and working out. I’ll also be getting into carnitine when I start cutting down.
My question is, are there any long term side effects for these three supplements? And will there be defficiencies when I decide to stop supplementing (as the body will no longer produce, because it’s been supplemented for so long)? And this brings me to another question (I’ve asked in diet/fitness category also), do you need to cycle any of these supplements?
And please, I would like to know facts and not just opinions. Thanks in advance!

L-Glutamine supposedly increases levels of HGH in our bodies. I’ve been taking L-Glutamine for a few days and noticed that I’ve been getting pimples on my face. Is any of this related?

Is it practical to take creatine and L-glutamine at the same time with a post workout protein shake?

Well I usually take a protein shake after my workout with some creatine. And yesterday my brother bought me a container of some L-glutamine.
I’ve done enough research that tells me that L-glutamine is useful to take post workout but what I’m concerned about is it having a negative interaction with the other post workout supplements I’ll also be consuming.
